The Dylan at Grayson

I toured The Dylan with leasing consultant, Rachel. She was awesome! Very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The Dylan is a beautiful property with everything you would need in a place to live. The grounds were beautiful and the common areas well maintained and clean. If you are looking for an apartment community to call home, consider looking into The Dylan.

It’s a great place to live! I am very pleased with the community. John Flores help me get set up and Talli completed my welcome paperwork. The community events are thoughtful: cookies, donuts, pizza, and happy hour. I moved in around the end of July so this review is not a result of a gift card. The staff work hard to accommodate the community.

Shout out to Talli for helping me with my move in the apartment is great better than i anticipated. John thanks for helping me get my gate card set up. Also Maintenance response time is awesome. I submitted a work order and Luis came with victor and Quincy to fix it within two hours you guys are the best!! I also like the how clean the dog park area is and their wash station. Me and my dog Tod loves it here

My husband and I recently relocated to Georgia, and have made The Dylan our home. It has only been a little over 2 months now, but we are absolutely loving living it here. Prior to moving, we regularly visited family in the area, and whenever we drove pass, always commented on how nice it appeared from the outside, (even nicer on the inside). So when we decided to make that move, my husband stopped by for a tour. He met Gregory, who has been amazing. At the time, there wasn't an available unit that met our needs, but the minute one became available, Gregory reached out to us, and because of this, we are here today. We appreciated the fact that he kept us in mind. Gregory is always so warm and welcoming; from the minute you walk into the Clubhouse, he greets you by name, ask how you are doing, finds out whether you need any assistance or if there is anything he can do to make your time here more enjoyable. The amenities are great, and the location ideal. Our experience thus far has been awesome, and we would highly recommend here. Ask for Gregory if you need a tour.
